Where is your Parisian restaurant located?
Our Japanese restaurant is located in the 9th arrondissement of Paris, at 10 rue Faubourg Montmartre. You can easily reach our restaurant by public transport, taking lines 8 and 9 to the Grand Boulevard stop to reach our restaurant in Montmartre.
What are the opening hours of your ramen restaurant?
Our Kokuban Montmartre restaurant is open Monday to Saturday.
Monday – Tuesday – Wednesday – Thursday: 12:00 – 2:30 PM, 7:00 – 10:30 PM
Friday – Saturday: 12:00 – 3:00 PM, 7:00 – 11:00 PM

Are your ramen and broths halal?
At Kokuban, we are committed to customer satisfaction. For all our chicken ramen, a halal option is available. Please do not hesitate to ask our team when ordering at the restaurant.
Do you offer vegetarian or vegan options?
We offer a wide selection of dishes suitable for vegans and vegetarians, including our vegetarian ramen, made with a flavorful “veggie” broth, Japanese noodles, marinated tofu, and vegetables, which will satisfy your appetite.

Do you offer special menus for children?
Our ramen restaurants don’t offer specific children’s menus, but our à la carte dishes are loved by both children and adults! Our Karaage Ramen, with its delicious soy sauce-based chicken broth, Japanese noodles, karaage pieces, and vegetables, or our Shoyu Ramen with its chicken broth and braised pork strips, are particularly popular with younger guests!
Do you have gluten-free options on the menu?
Our Japanese ramen restaurants do not currently offer gluten-free dishes.
